What is Guardian Haven Project?

Tracking, Caring, and Connecting Dogs to a Better Future

Your Partner in Canine Welfare
Project Sentinel is an innovative program dedicated to tracking, monitoring, and caring for stray and at-risk dogs using Fi collar technology.

Through compassionate care and smart data, we’re building a connected network of healthy, monitored dogs for Loyal Guardian Foundation programs—while empowering shelters and animal control agencies to make informed, humane decisions. Structured to bridge the gap between strays and service, the Sentinel Project restores hope, reduces overcrowding, and prepares dogs for brighter futures in training, rehabilitation, and companionship programs.

Caring for the Unseen

Our Process

Every Guardian dog goes through a structured cycle of identification, care, and monitoring—supported by technology and a devoted field team. This isn’t just about tracking dogs. It’s about giving them visibility, stability, and a pathway to purpose.

01

Intake & Assessment

Dogs are located and evaluated through community reports, shelter partnerships, or animal control referrals. Each dog undergoes:

  • Basic behavioral and health assessments
  • Fitting with a Fi GPS collar for monitoring
  • Enrollment into the Guardian tracking system

Our goal is to know where they are, how they’re doing, and what they need next.

02

Train Together, Heal Together

Every other day, the field team provides hands-on care and oversight, ensuring each monitored dog receives:

  • Bathing, grooming, and gentle handling
  • Food, fresh water, and affection
  • Quick health check and collar recharge
  • Activity and behavior data logging

Each dog’s well-being is prioritized, and the data helps identify those ready for next steps in rehabilitation or training.

03

Graduation & Continued Support

After care, dogs are safely returned to their familiar environments. The Fi collar continues to track:

  • Location and territory patterns
  • Activity levels and behavioral consistency
  • Long-term stability and safety indicators

This data builds a clearer picture of the community’s canine health—informing shelters, rescuers, and behavioral experts
